1. Cakes with cocoa cream and hazelnuts

For this recipe you will need:
15 gr of cocoa cream.
15 gr of hazelnuts low in sugars.
100 gr of oatmeal.
5 clear.
1 whole egg
Yeast.
Sweetener to taste.
Elaboration
The preparation of this dessert is super simple because it is a variant of the typical oatmeal cakes.
You only have to mix each of the ingredients with the help of the blender, except for the cocoa cream, until you get a homogeneous paste.
The next thing you will do and with a skillet previously greased with a touch of oil is to spread a small amount of the mixture you made.
You have to cook on both sides for a few minutes and repeat the process until the whole mixture is finished.

2. Red fruit ice cream

For this recipe fit you will need:
1 banana
250 ml of evaporated milk, preferably skimmed milk.
200 gr of strawberries.
100 gr of blackberries.
100 gr of raspberries
1 tablespoon of stevia or the sweetener of your choice,
Elaboration
This recipe is extremely easy, and really delicious. The most important thing is that previously you have to freeze the fruits, the night before you can leave them in the freezer.
Once they are well frozen, the fruits are placed in a container with the other ingredients and crushed with the blender until a creamy and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
If you get extremely liquid, you can put it in the freezer for a while. An extremely easy and refreshing dessert anytime.

3. Apple pie

For this recipe fit you will need:
180 gr of oatmeal.
170 gr of fresh cheese, preferably milkshake and if it is 0% fat is better.
20 clear.
4 apples, preferably large.
2 envelopes of yeast.
1 whole egg
A teaspoon of cinnamon, totally optional.
Chopped nuts.
Sweetener to your liking, although a spoonful would suffice.

Elaboration
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except apples, helping with the blender. When you get a homogeneous mixture without any lumps, you will pour it into a cake mold.
After that, you will peel the apples and cut them into small segments, placing them concentrically on the mixture you made. Followed by this you will put the cake in the oven and it has to be preheated to 180º.
Bake for about 45 or 50 minutes. To check the cooking you should puncture the cake with a needle and when it comes out clean you will know that the cake will be ready.
You should let it cool to room temperature and then unmold it with great care.
