  1. Cheese spread

Ingredients:

6 tablespoons of oats, preferably in flakes.

4 tablespoons of brewer’s yeast

1 small spoonful of olive oil.

2 small spoons of soy lecithin.

1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

  1. Raw cheese with pumpkin seeds

Ingredients:

For this recipe you will need:

6 large spoons of pumpkin seeds, previously peeled.

1 clove garlic.

A little lemon juice

Ground black pepper.

Salt.

Second, stir and transfer the mixture to the blender with the tofu and proceed to mix everything. Put back in a pot, add seasonings and cook so that the flavors are completed to perfection.

Finally pour the mixture into the container you want, moistened with a little water and let it cool and set.
