Insomnia might be in your Genes

Laying in the bed preparing yourself to sleep, trying this side or the other, but no sleeping, tossing over and finally feeling angry of all of this. You have insomnia. It affects your day, your study, your work, and your car driving.

First, let me clear out to you what we mean be insomnia here, it is known as a sleep disorder where your condition is having trouble sleeping, it causes low energy, irritability and depressed mood and it could be genetic.

The reason behind insomnia

To solve this you should find the reason behind the problem. it could happen as a result of psychological stress, chronic pain, heart failure, hyperthyroidism, heartburn, restless leg syndrome, menopause.

certain medications and drugs as caffeine, nicotine and alcohol. Some- times working night shifts and sleep apnea could lead to insomnia.

It might not cause this directly but their presence may lead to lack of sleep.These genes functional job were supposed to read DNA and Make RNA copies and allow cells to release signaling molecules to communicate with their environment.

But what happens here is disorders, depression, neuroticism, academic difficulty and insomnia.

Sleep hygiene and lifestyles changes are typically the first treatment of insomnia, sleep hygiene includes a consistent bedtime, exposure to sunlight, quiet and darkroom, regular exercise.
