1. Vegetable mayonnaise

This is a 100% vegetable vegan mayonnaise perfect to accompany your meals of vegetable origin and add an extra touch of flavor to your preparations of the day.

The best thing about this mayonnaise is that it is extremely light, even though the star ingredient is the potato and once you learn to make a basic mayonnaise recipe you can make your own mayonnaise with many other ingredients to change the flavor.

Ingredients that you will need

1 potato, preferably large and if you do not get 2 small potatoes it will suffice.
Lemon juice.
1 clove garlic.
Salt to taste.
Water, the amount you prefer.


The preparation of this mayonnaise is extremely easy. First, you must peel the potato and put it to cook in water. Once the potato is cooked, put it in a blender with the clove of garlic, pepper, oregano and salt to taste.

Second, you will use the blender at its slowest level and in periods of 5 seconds you will add a little oil, when you notice that the mixture is very compact you will stop adding oil.

Third, you will add water in the same procedure (IE, in periods of 5 seconds) until the mixture acquires a fine and smooth texture like that of traditional mayonnaise.

Once you have the mixture ready you will add the amount of lemon you want, but you will stir the final mixture very carefully because it could be cut.

Finally, to incorporate new flavors simply add to the mix while you are in the blender additional ingredients of your choice, for example, cilantro, basil, parsley and others.

2. Mayonnaise of Almonds

This recipe is just as easy as the previous one and its flavor is exquisite to accompany and prepare delicious meals. The flavor and quality of this mayonnaise are practically insurmountable, so learn to prepare it and enjoy it.


Ingredients that you will need:

1/2 cup of almonds
1 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of boiled water
2 cloves of garlic
1 lemon
1 tablespoon of salt.
Pepper to taste.


The first step will be to place the almonds in the blender, adding the boiled water (that if it has to be frozen) and begin to liquefy at medium-high speed adding slowly the oil, while everything is still incorporated in the blender.

Once you have about half the oil in the mixture you will add the cloves of garlic and then you will continue adding the oil until the cup is finished.

Finally, what you will add is a bit of lemon, pepper and salt, leaving a few minutes more in the blender, however, you will place it at maximum speed.

3. Carrot Mayonnaise

This recipe is just as simple as the previous ones and you can use it as a sauce in the recipes you want.

Ingredients that you will need:

2 carrots, previously cooked.
1 potato, previously cooked.
1/2 lemon juice
Salt to taste.


You’ll start this recipe by taking the carrots and potatoes and putting them in the blender, let them process until you get a homogeneous paste.

Once you get the pasta you have to continue processing in the blender and you will add the other ingredients little by little, start with the salt, then the parsley, continue the lemon and finally the oil.

Once everything is well mixed, you can put it in a container and refrigerate it.
These 3 mayonnaises can last you whole weeks if you take them to refrigeration.
