Stress is the most common problem that almost influences everybody. Regardless of whether you are still in school, college or work,  if you have a home and family; stress will be a major part of your life.

The earlier you understand it, the quicker you can solve it and manage to take yourself our of it.

What is Stress?

Stress is your body’s reaction to the situation you are into. It doesn’t matter if it is an oral exam, the finals, interview for the job, your everyday work or some other problems. Those little stressors are great since they are driving you to advance.

Now and then there are many little stress factors which are building up in your mind and that pressure begins to control your life. You don’t want to hang out with anybody, you are irritated, jittery or disappointed all day. Those are the most widely recognized manifestations of stress and if you experience them you need to take your anxiety under control.

To do that, you need to discover something which can occupy your mind with something different. That can be something you can do each day, something you enables you to take a timeout or a break!
