1-The Prodome

Before a migraine, you may notice some changes that indicate to a migraine, Prodrome, as Constipation, Mood changes, from depression to euphoria, Food cravings, Increased thirst and urination and Frequent yawning

2- Aura

Before or during migraines, the Aura may occur. It is a visual disturbance, such as flashes of light or wavy, zigzag vision. But, Most people experience migraines without aura. Auras are symptoms of the nervous system.
Sometimes auras associated with touching sensations, movement or speech disturbances. Your muscles may get weaker.

3- Nausea and vomiting

They have commonly accompanied migraine after a Blurred vision. Dizziness, sometimes followed by fainting

Natural Treatment

1- Prevention is always better than cure

Being hydrated through drinking a good amount of wear and fluids is the most effective way to avoid migraines. Dehydration can be one of the causes of extreme migraine attacks so make sure you get enough water in a day. Know that the recommended daily amount is 1 liter.

2- The wet towel

Wet a towel, squeeze the excess liquid, and put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes. When it’s cold enough, lay the towel over your eyes and over the top of your head.

You will notice that this brings immediate relief, especially to the area around your eyes. Another one of those good home remedies for migraines is getting a scalp massage.

You can have this done by a professional massage therapist, or if one is not available at the moment, you can try massaging your own head. Apply gentle, circular strokes to the affected areas to relieve the pain.
