4. Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera is a natural astringent and is responsible for cleaning the pores and remove fat from each. In addition, it is ideal to moisturize the skin, protect it from toxins and, if it was not enough, it is an effective anti-inflammatory.
To prepare a mask with aloe Vera you must cut the stem, extract the pulp and liquefy it with lemon juice. The mask should be applied every night and removed during the morning with warm water. Never expose yourself to the sun with the mask.
