Youth reflects power and ability, this applies to all aspects of life, work, sports and sexual health. But what if young people are impotence and face problems in their relationships. recent studies have proven that young people may suffer from impotence. (especially between teenagers and young adults).

The causes for impotence are vague in most cases since in young adults the causes normally are more psychological rather than physical.

the nature of these psychological causes are experiences that young adults have faced before and affected their performance and activities on the sexual field, but there’s also more typical causes like anxiety, stress, depression and not feeling appealing with their couple or partner in a sexual way.

Of course there are external factors that can also make impotence appear without having a psychological reason, for example, there are those who have experience impotence as a secondary effect of a drug or really strong medication that have affected their hormones temporarily, but also there are those who experience it because of smoking and alcohol abuse.

Now there is, of course, those who are affected by impotence for a more natural cause like hypogonadism, which is an insufficient production of sex hormones of the testis and the decline in testosterone, for cases like this one,  checking a doctor for a treatment will be needed.

The recommended way to take care of impotence and check all possibilities around it is to go to the doctor or professional, that will probably also recommend having a psychological check to make sure the root of the problem can be found out and the proper measures and treatment can be taken.

it is an issue that can easily be solved, but it will form a high and heavy pressure on those who suffer it since it is a matter that affects in a strong way most youngsters and adults and makes it hard for them to take the first step which is talking to somebody or professional about it.
