1. Aloe vera juice

Aloe vera juice is an effective remedy and full of vital nutrients that will help strengthen the immune system.
It has a high content of anti-inflammatory and soothing components that reduce allergies, it also forms a barrier against infectious microorganisms.
Ingredients to make the game:
½ cup of water or 125 ml.
4 tablespoons of aloe vera gel or 75 gr.
1 tablespoon of honey or 25 gr, is completely optional.
Elaboration
Place all the ingredients in the blender and mix until you get a homogeneous juice.
How to use:
You should drink the juice as soon as you notice the first symptom of rhinitis.
Try not to consume too much because it has a laxative effect on the body.

2. Juice of alfalfa sprouts

The properties contained in alfalfa will help block the work of histamine in your body and, at the same time, relax the nasal passages that have been affected by rhinitis.
This juice has vitamins and minerals that will help you better the immune response of your body.
Ingredients that you will need
½ cup of water or 125 ml.
3 tablespoons of alfalfa sprouts or 30 gr.
1 teaspoon of honey or 25 gr, completely optional.
Elaboration
Place the sprouts of alfalfa, water, and honey if you wish in the blender and try them until you get a proper mix.
After liquefying filter the drink.

How and when to drink the juice?

Take the juice when you begin to feel the first symptoms and take it twice a day.
If you prefer you can take it on an empty stomach every day as a preventive remedy for allergies.

3.  Ginger

The root of ginger possesses essential oils, as well as expectorant and antihistamine properties perfect to calm the symptoms of rhinitis.
Its consumption as an infusion will help you to relax the nasal passages and, in addition, to calm the headaches.
Ingredients that you will need:
1 cup of water or 250 ml.
1 spoonful of ginger or 10 gr.
1 spoonful of honey or 25 gr, completely optional.

Elaboration

Place the ginger in a cup of boiling water and let it sit covered for 15 minutes.
Filter the drink and sweeten your tea with the spoonful of honey.
Take 2 cups a day until the symptoms have subsided.
